Important Announcement Regarding Tuber Orders

PLEASE choose the correct shipping method at the checkout. These are large tubers and must go in a flat rate shipping box. It is $25.00 for 1-2 sunchokes orders and $31.50 for 3 or more.

Any orders without the correct shipping costs and full payment will not be shipped. I will adjust the order and send one email. If payment is not received after that, I will wait until you contact me about your missing tubers. You may also experience delays in your order as this can cause a serious amount of confusion. It is best to make sure you chose the correct option for shipping.

Jerusalem artichokes are also known as sunchokes. They are tubers that have been preserved through generations. These heirloom sunchokes maintain characteristics like their knobby or smooth appearance and have a texture resembling a mix of potato and radish. I simply adore their subtly sweet and nutty flavour. Typically small to medium-sized, they have thin, edible skin varying in colour from tan to red or purple. Valued for their hardiness and high inulin content, fiber-aiding digestion, they are a favourite among gardeners who value food security.
