Shipping Policy – Garden Faerie Botanicals. Letter Mail & Seed Orders

Letter mail is available for seed orders only and is the most cost-effective option.
Please note that letter mail is not guaranteed. Garden Faerie Botanicals cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in the postal system.
For added security, customers may request registered mail. To do so, select letter mail at checkout and include a note requesting registered mail. You will be contacted with the additional shipping cost, which must be received before your order ships.

There is no free shipping on tubers. Tubers are shipped using flat rate boxes with tracking to ensure they arrive ready to grow.
Flat rate shipping across Canada is designed to make planning your garden simple and predictable.
Shipping costs:
- 1–2 tubers: $25.00 flat rate
- 3 or more tubers: $31.50 flat rate
If your order requires a larger box, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs, payable via e-transfer before the package is shipped.

For pre-order tuber orders, seeds may be shipped prior to tubers as part of a partial shipment.
If a pre-order tuber order is cancelled before shipment, shipping costs plus a $2.00 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customers acknowledge that partial shipments and handling fees are non-refundable for items already dispatched.

Any order that does not include the proper shipping payment will be held until the correct payment is received.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reading and following all shipping terms and selecting the correct shipping option.

Tubers are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive healthy.
Tracking numbers are provided for all tuber orders.
