Mavor Sunchokes/ Jerusalem Artichokes

Large, knobby tubers with excellent flavour and a texture well suited for cooking in many of the same ways as potatoes. Some tubers may develop a reddish tinge to the skin depending on growing conditions and soil. This vigorous, fast-growing sunchoke variety produces abundant harvests and stores well under refrigeration.
