Heirloom Garlic Bulbs

Garlic is typically classified into two main categories: hardneck and softneck. Hardneck garlics, like the Purple Stripe, Marbled Purple Stripe, and Rocambole varieties, are known for their robust flavours and are very cold hardy as they grow best in cooler climates. Softneck garlics, such as the Artichoke and Silverskin types, are more adaptable to a range of climates and are commonly found in grocery stores due to their longer shelf life.

These heritage garlic varieties are organically grown, untreated, and non GMO bulbs. Garden Faerie Botanicals is a Canadian seed company with a diverse selection of rare and endangered heirloom seeds, tubers and bulbs suited for gardens in Canada.
