Heirloom Shallot Seeds
Shallot seeds produce small, bulb-forming alliums grown for their clustered bulbs and mild flavour. Plants form narrow green leaves and divide underground into multiple shallots rather than a single bulb. Shallots mature later than green onions and are harvested once tops die back. They are grown as an annual from seed and stored after curing.
