Orders are usually processed and sent out within 3–12 days.
Seed Orders & Letter Mail
- Letter mail is available for seed orders only and is the most cost-effective option.

- Shipping Disclaimer: Letter mail is not guaranteed. Garden Faerie Botanicals cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged via letter mail.
- Registered Mail Option: For added security, customers may request registered mail by adding a note at checkout. Garden Faerie Botanicals will provide the cost for the upgrade, and your order will ship once payment is received.
- Free shipping over $200 applies to seeds only. Tubers and garlic bulbs do not qualify.
- Order Adjustments: Any order submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping selections will be held until the correct payment is received.
Tuber & Garlic Bulb Shipping
- Tubers are shipped using flat rate boxes with tracking to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to grow.
- Shipping rates (CAD):
- 1–2 tubers: $25.00
- 3+ tubers: $31.50
- If your order requires a larger box, you will be notified of additional shipping costs, payable via e-transfer before shipment.
- No free shipping is available for tubers or garlic bulbs.
Pre-Order Tuber & Partial Seed Shipment Policy
- For pre-order tuber orders, seeds may be shipped prior to tubers as a partial shipment.
- If the tuber order is cancelled before shipment, the shipping cost plus a $2.00 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers acknowledge that shipping and handling fees for items already dispatched are non-refundable.
Tracking & Care
- Tubers and garlic bulbs are carefully packaged.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all tuber orders.
