Ruby Treasure is a red-fruited storage tomato developed by American tomato breeder Tim Peters of Peters Seed Research. It produces large, flattened-round tomatoes weighing approximately 70–150 g, with ruby-red skin and red flesh. The flesh is firm yet juicy, with a sweet, traditional tomato flavour.

Plants are determinate, growing to approximately 1 m tall, with fruit reaching maturity in around 80–85 days. The substantial red fruits combine the flavour of a traditional tomato with the firmer texture valued in storage varieties.

It was bred for keeping after harvest. Pick mature green fruits before frost, select undamaged tomatoes, wrap them individually in tissue paper or newspaper, and store them in a cool location. Check periodically and remove any fruit showing deterioration as the tomatoes gradually ripen in storage.

Unlike some exceptionally long-lasting storage tomatoes, Ruby Treasure is described as a shorter-term keeper. One grower reported keeping the fruits for approximately two to three months, making this a useful variety for extending the harvest into the colder months.
