Developed in the Netherlands in the early 1900s from a cross of Munstersen × Fransen, first marketed around 1910.

Produces long‑oval tubers with smooth red‑tinted skin and pale yellow flesh. Tubers are uniform, with shallow eyes, easy to wash and peel. All‑purpose potato: suitable for boiling, baking, roasting, mashing, or frying. Moderately high dry‑matter content makes it versatile for most cooking methods. 1 pound per order.
