Oregon Garlic Bulbs

Though its origins are unclear, this variety of Artichoke has been cultivated in the Northwest for generations. The plant is robust, with deep green leaves, and its bulb wrappers often display a subtle blue or purple hue. It also has excellent storage qualities.
