Refunds
I accept credit requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken;
- Good does not match description; or
- Good is the wrong size.
- A seed/tuber/root is a live product, and your success in growing our seeds depends on many factors, including weather and the skills and practices of the grower (such as soil preparation, proper planting technique, irrigation, and weed control). These factors are completely out of the control of Garden Faerie Botanicals and are the responsibility and risk of the grower. If you have trouble with any of our seed within the period of 4 months from the date of purchase, please contact me so that we can send out a new package of seed or credit your account. There are no refunds on all products, only credit;
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address carefully before placing an order. Garden Faerie Botanicals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If the wrong address is entered, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of ordering.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods back in the package. Tape it up and create a return label. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
