Letter Mail & Seed Orders:

Letter mail is available for seed orders only and is the most cost-effective option.
Please note that letter mail is not guaranteed. Garden Faerie Botanicals cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in the postal system.
For added security, customers may request registered mail. If you would like your order shipped via registered mail, please select letter mail at checkout and add a note requesting registered mail. We will contact you with the additional shipping cost. Shipping will occur once the extra payment has been received.

Tuber Orders:

There is no free shipping on tubers. Tubers are shipped using flat rate boxes with tracking to ensure they arrive ready to grow.
Flat rate shipping across Canada makes it simple and predictable to plan your garden.
$25.00 flat rate shipping applies to orders of 1–2 tubers. Orders of 3 or more tubers are $31.50. If your order requires a larger box, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs, payable via e-transfer before the package is shipped.

Order Adjustments:

Any order that does not include proper shipping payment will be held until the correct payment is received. Thank you for your understanding.

Tracking & Care:

Tubers are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive healthy. Tracking numbers are provided for all tuber orders.
