When you order by the pound a mix of large and medium tubers will be sent. These were grown with more space than the collection that was grown to provide genetic material for special varieties.

The bonus with these is that they can be enjoyed on the dinner plate and planted as well! It could be a mix of different colours or all white. I will try to add variety.
