Northern Crown Sunchokes

This Jerusalem Artichoke variety originated from a 2024 cross between Corlis Bolton Haynes and Clearwater. Out of more than 30 plants in the breeding project, this one proved exceptional. It flowered very early alongside Clearwater and showed the best drought tolerance of all the plants started from seed. 4 tubers per order.
