Old Dutch heirloom blue leaf cabbage/collards. Attractive wide leaves are tender and juicy with purple midrib. Can be eaten in salads, cooked, or added to soups and stir frys. Hardy, cold tolerant. I have gone out and dug up some greens in the snow on occasion! When braised lightly, it has a sweet spinach-like flavour. Can be used as a baby green, microgreen, or bunched. Frost hardy. 50 dtm. 100 seeds per package.
