- Letter Mail: Letter mail is not guaranteed. Garden Faerie Botanicals cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged orders sent via letter mail.
- Registered Mail Option: If you would like your order sent via registered mail for added security, you may choose letter mail and add a note requesting registered shipping. Garden Faerie Botanicals will then contact you with the total cost for the registered shipping upgrade. Your order will be shipped once the additional payment is received.
- Note: Free shipping on orders over $200 applies to seeds only. Tubers do not qualify for free shipping.

Tuber and Garlic Bulb Shipping
Shipping for Tuber Orders
Shipping for tuber orders is given special attention to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Flat rate shipping across Canada makes it simple and predictable to plan your garden. These boxes come with a tracking number and are available upon request once your order is completed.
The $25.00 flat rate shipping option applies to orders containing 1–2 tuber orders. Canada Post has reduced the size of the extra-small flat rate boxes, so I can only fit 2 regular-sized orders per box.
Orders containing 3 or more tuber orders require $31.50 shipping. If your order requires a larger box, any additional shipping costs will be communicated to you, and payment can be sent via e-transfer before the package is shipped.
Please note: there is no free shipping on tuber orders.
