Princess C Potatoes

Developed in Germany by the SAKA‑RAGIS breeding program from a cross of Dunja × Arnika made in 1988. Oval tubers with smooth yellow skin and deep yellow flesh. Fairly uniform with shallow eyes, making them easy to wash and peel. They are high‑yielding and versatile, suitable for boiling, roasting, salads, or pre‑packing. 1 pound per order.

All tubers were grown under drought conditions without irrigation, which contributed to the appearance of scab on many. With proper care, irrigation, and soil management in the next growing season, the incidence of scab should be minimal.
