Also included:
Groundnut (Apios americana) – 3 protein-rich tubers of this traditional indigenous perennial vine.
Crosnes (Chinese Artichokes) – 3 crisp, nutty tubers that can be harvested in fall or early spring when food is scarce. From the mint family.
Heirloom Horseradish Root – 1 strong, spicy root that will establish and endure for decades.
Egyptian Walking Onions – 5 medium/large bulbils. The first greens of spring, endlessly self-propagating and entirely edible.
French Lemon Sorrel – Package of 50 seeds. Tart perennial greens that return early each spring.
Perennial Arugula – Package of 50 seeds. Hardy greens that become bushy by the second year.
Garlic Chives – Package of 20 seeds; flat-leaved with white flowers, edible, hardy, and ornamental. Can be substituted with Perennial Welsh Onions.
